DMCA Policy
IPTV AIO respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Learn how to report copyright infringement or respond to a takedown notice.
1. Introduction
IPTV AIO ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of copyright holders and is committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and similar international copyright laws.
This DMCA Policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to submit notifications of claimed infringement ("takedown notices") and for users to submit counter-notifications if they believe content was removed in error.
2. Our Role as a Service Provider
IPTV AIO is an online service provider that aggregates streaming content from third-party sources. We do not host, upload, create, or store video content on our servers. Instead, we provide a platform that links to and facilitates access to streaming content provided by external third parties.
As an intermediary service provider, we act in accordance with the DMCA's "safe harbor" provisions under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) and (d). We respond promptly to valid DMCA takedown notices by removing or disabling access to allegedly infringing material.
3. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner) and believe that content available through our Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated DMCA Agent.
3.1 Requirements for a Valid DMCA Notice
To file a valid DMCA takedown notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notification must include all of the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, you may provide a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the infringing material: A description of the material that you claim is infringing and that you request to be removed or disabled, including sufficient information to allow us to locate the material. Please provide specific details such as:
- Channel name, movie title, or series name
- URL or location within our Service where the material appears
- Screenshots or other evidence showing the infringing material
- Your contact information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so that we can contact you.
- Statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of accuracy: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Your signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
3.2 Where to Send DMCA Notices
All DMCA takedown notices must be sent to our designated DMCA Agent:
DMCA Agent:
Email: contact@iptvaio.com
Subject Line: "DMCA Takedown Notice"
Website: https://www.iptvaio.com
Please note: DMCA notices that do not include all of the required information listed in Section 3.1 may not be considered valid and may not receive a response.
4. Our Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice that complies with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), we will:
- Review the notice: We will review your DMCA notice to determine whether it meets the legal requirements.
- Take action: If the notice is valid, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. This may include:
- Removing links or access to specific channels, movies, or series
- Disabling streaming sources provided by third parties
- Blocking access to specific content within our Service
- Notify relevant parties: We may notify the party responsible for the content (if identifiable) that the material has been removed or disabled.
- Document compliance: We will maintain records of DMCA notices and our responses as required by law.
Response time: We aim to respond to valid DMCA notices within 3-5 business days of receipt. However, response times may vary depending on the complexity of the claim and the volume of notices received.
5. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you provided (or that you have access to) was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
5.1 Requirements for a Valid Counter-Notification
To file a valid DMCA counter-notification, your notice must include all of the following information:
- Your signature: A physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material: A description of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the jurisdiction of England and Wales if your address is outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
5.2 Where to Send Counter-Notifications
Counter-notifications must be sent to our DMCA Agent at the same contact information listed in Section 3.2:
Email: contact@iptvaio.com
Subject Line: "DMCA Counter-Notification"
5.3 What Happens After a Counter-Notification
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will:
- Forward a copy of the counter-notification to the party who filed the original DMCA notice.
- Inform that party that we will restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10-14 business days, unless our DMCA Agent receives notice that the original complainant has filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity.
- If no such notice is received, we may restore the material or cease disabling access to it after the waiting period.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, IPTV AIO has adopted a policy of terminating access to the Service for users or content sources that are determined to be repeat infringers.
What constitutes a repeat infringer:
- A user or content source that has been the subject of multiple valid DMCA takedown notices
- A user or content source that has been determined to repeatedly provide access to infringing material
We reserve the right to terminate access, remove content sources, or take other appropriate action against repeat infringers at our sole discretion. Account terminations for repeat infringement are permanent and are not eligible for refunds.
7. Misrepresentation & Bad Faith
Warning: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
Do not make false claims. DMCA notices and counter-notifications must be submitted in good faith. If you are unsure whether material infringes your copyright or whether a removal was proper, consult with a qualified attorney before filing a notice.
We reserve the right to seek damages from any party who submits a DMCA notice or counter-notification in bad faith or with knowledge that it contains false information.
8. Safe Harbor & Limitations of Liability
IPTV AIO operates as an online service provider under the DMCA's "safe harbor" provisions (17 U.S.C. § 512). As an intermediary platform that does not host or upload content, we are not liable for copyright infringement by third parties, provided that we:
- Do not have actual knowledge of infringing activity
- Do not receive a financial benefit directly attributable to the infringing activity
- Act expeditiously to remove or disable access to material upon receiving a valid DMCA notice
- Have designated a DMCA Agent and publicly posted this policy
- Have adopted and reasonably implemented a repeat infringer policy
We are not required to actively monitor content available through our Service for potential copyright infringement. We respond to valid DMCA notices when they are submitted by copyright holders.
9. International Copyright Compliance
While the DMCA is a United States law, we respect copyright and intellectual property rights worldwide. If you are a copyright holder outside the United States and believe that your work is being infringed through our Service, you may submit a copyright infringement notice following the procedures outlined in this policy.
We also comply with:
- UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988
- EU Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market (2019/790)
- Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works
- Other applicable international copyright treaties and laws
If you wish to report copyright infringement under laws other than the DMCA, please contact us at contact@iptvaio.com with details of your claim, and we will review it in accordance with applicable law.
10. No Obligation to Monitor
We have no obligation to monitor content available through our Service or to affirmatively seek facts indicating infringing activity. We rely on copyright holders to identify and report infringing material by submitting valid DMCA notices.
However, we reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action if we become aware of clear and obvious copyright infringement, even in the absence of a formal DMCA notice.
11. Limitations & Disclaimers
Please be aware of the following limitations:
- Third-party content: We do not control third-party content sources. Removing access through our Service does not guarantee that infringing material will be removed from the internet.
- Repeat appearances: Even after we remove access to specific content, similar or identical content may reappear from different sources. You may need to submit additional DMCA notices if new instances of infringement occur.
- Not legal advice: This DMCA Policy is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Consult a qualified attorney if you have questions about copyright law or DMCA procedures.
12. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time to reflect changes in law or our procedures. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
