Set up IPTV on
Firestick.
The Fire TV Stick is our most common setup. IPTV apps are not in the Amazon Appstore, so you need to sideload them using the Downloader app. This takes about 8 minutes from a factory device to playing streams.

Step by step
Enable Apps from Unknown Sources
Go to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options. Turn on "Apps from Unknown Sources". If you do not see Developer Options, click on "About" then tap the device name 7 times quickly to unlock it.
Install Downloader app
Go back to the home screen, open the search and type "Downloader". Install the official Downloader app by AFTVnews.com (it is free in the Amazon Appstore).
Allow Downloader to install apps
Open Downloader. When prompted, allow it to install apps from unknown sources.
Download IPTV Smarters Pro
In Downloader, enter the download code 6468112 for IPTV Smarters Pro (or 272483 for TiviMate). Click Go to download the APK file.
Install the player
Once downloaded, click Install. Wait for it to finish, then click Open (or Done and open it from your Apps list).
Choose Xtream Codes login
When the app opens, select "Login with Xtream Codes API" to sign in with your credentials.
Enter your credentials
Type in the username, password and server address from our message, then save.
Wait for content to sync
The app downloads your channels, films, series and TV guide. First sync takes 1-2 minutes. You can now start watching.

TiviMate has an advanced TV guide and recording. Use Downloader with code 272483. Setup is identical — it also supports Xtream Codes login.
- Good to know
You can delete the Downloader app after installation to free up space. The IPTV player will continue to work.
Firestick FAQs
Why is sideloading necessary?
Amazon does not allow IPTV players in their official Appstore. Sideloading via Downloader is the standard method and is completely safe.
The remote makes typing painful. Any tips?
Install the free Amazon Fire TV app on your phone and use its keyboard instead of the on-screen one.
Can I install on multiple Firesticks?
You can install the app on as many devices as you want, but one subscription covers one active connection at a time. Ask us about extra connections if needed.
Do I need a VPN?
No. Some people use one for privacy, but it is optional and not required for the setup to work.
