Set up IPTV on
Chromecast.
There are two kinds of Chromecast. The older models cast from your phone, while Chromecast with Google TV runs apps on the device itself and supports Xtream Codes login directly.
Before you start
- A Chromecast or Chromecast with Google TV
- A phone on the same Wi-Fi (for older models)
- Your login details from us
Step by step
Check which model you have
If your Chromecast came with its own remote, it runs Google TV and can install apps. If not, it casts from your phone.
On Google TV: install a player
Open the Play Store on the device, install IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate, then choose Xtream Codes login.
Enter your credentials
Type in the username, password and server address we sent you, then save. Your content will download automatically.
On older Chromecast: install on your phone
Install IPTV Smarters Pro on your Android phone, sign in with Xtream Codes login, then tap the cast icon and choose your Chromecast.
- M3U URL option
If you prefer, you can use the M3U URL method instead of Xtream login on supported players.
- Good to know
On older Chromecasts your phone drives playback, so keep it on and nearby while you watch. Google TV devices play independently.
Chromecast FAQs
Can I cast from an iPhone?
iPhones use AirPlay rather than Chromecast. An Apple TV or a Google TV device is a better fit for iPhone users.
Playback stops when I lock my phone.
That is normal on older Chromecasts, which rely on the phone. A Google TV device plays on the TV independently.
Which login method is better?
Xtream Codes login gives you the best TV guide and on-demand experience. M3U URLs work but have more limited features.
